A must-support extension slot (algorithm.md §3.1): elementId is the extension element's own id (e.g. "Patient.extension:indigenousStatus"), parentPath is the resource- type-prefix-stripped path of the element the extension sits on ("" for a root-level extension), and url is the extension definition's canonical URL with any |version suffix stripped. mandatory is the extension slot's own min > 0.
